Dhananjay Satarkar

Dhananjay is the co-founder of Clearview Consulting Partners LLP. Dhananjay was an Associate Director in PwC’s Deals practice in Pune and Mumbai and has a post qualification experience of 18+ years.

Dhananjay is a chartered accountant from ICAI, India and is a fellow member of ICAI. He has completed his company secretaryship (CS) from ICSI, India, certification in information systems audit (CISA) from ISACA, USA, diploma in information systems audit (DISA) from ICAI, India and post graduation in commerce from University of Pune. He is a Registered Valuer (Securities or Financial Assets) from IBBI. He has also completed his certification for Independent Director from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. He is a member of the National Committee on Legal Services of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

Dhananjay has gained a varied experience in mergers and acquisitions, audit, forensics, Sox and control assurance, valuations, etc.

Dhananjay has been involved in audits of various large MNCs and has managed M&A assignments of multi-million dollar transactions for strategic and financial investors (private equity). He has worked on companies located in India, US, UK, Singapore and Dubai. He has worked on entities in various industries, such as: Airlines, automotive, cement, chemicals, dairy, education, media and entertainment, financial services, FMCG, healthcare, hospitality, IT/ITES, logistics, oil, pharmaceuticals, power, real estate, retail, shipping, steel, telecom, etc.

Dhananjay was a “Training Facilitator” for Audit and Assurance department at Deloitte, Pune. He has undertaken trainings / lectures on mergers and acquisitions, valuations and other topics at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, IOV Registered Valuers Foundation, SIMS, Fintree, Institute of Management Accountants USA (Pune Chapter), Bajaj Incubation Centre, Bhau (COEP), etc.

He has received performance awards from Hindustan Lever Limited and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
