A large part of the work they have done relates to transaction advisory services.

Till date the team has worked on more than 250 M&A transactions. This experience of conducting financial due diligences and valuations on several domestic as well as international M&A and private equity transactions has provided them with immense insights into accounting, financial, commercial and tax matters of several mid-size and large Indian as well as multinational companies.
